AF-48 / AUTOMATIC FRYER
The Soğuksan Automatic Fryer is designed to meet the frying needs of large-scale companies, hospitals, universities, and military kitchens, providing fast, efficient, hygienic, and economical production.
System
The automatic frying machine consists of two cooking baskets and an intermediate product discharge table. Raw products placed in the frying basket are transferred to the cooking chamber via guide rails. The cooking time and desired temperature are set, and the machine is switched to automatic mode from the control panel to start the process. The cooking basket lowers and the frying process begins. The same operation is carried out for the second cooking basket. Meanwhile, the product in the first basket is fully cooked and is automatically lifted upward by means of a lifting mechanism. The basket is then pulled to the discharge table, the discharge lever is pulled, and the product is emptied. The basket is refilled with product and transferred back to the cooking chamber. This cycle continues rapidly until all products to be fried are processed.
Cooking Basket
Each cooking basket holds 8 + 8 kg of product to be fried. The baskets move only on guide rails. A basket exiting its frying chamber is pulled to the discharge station via the rails. By pulling the discharge lever, the damper under the basket opens and the product can be discharged into a GN 2/1 gastronorm container.
Extended Oil Life
Specially designed concealed tubular heating elements do not come into direct contact with the oil, significantly reducing the risk of oil burning and degradation. Each frying chamber is equipped with four tubular heating elements. The frying process is controlled by temperature control devices and PID systems.
