CF-45 CONVEYOR FRYER

The CF-45 Conveyor Fryer is designed for medium-scale food production facilities and features a direct infeed construction. Products fed from an infeed conveyor or forming machine fall directly into the hot oil, minimizing wire marks and forming a uniform crust on the product. It is equipped with a 40 cm frying conveyor and is designed to operate compatibly with standard 40 cm forming machines. The CF-45 Conveyor Fryer minimizes high oil consumption, labor costs, time, and energy losses for businesses engaged in serial production and pre-frying operations.
Product Variety
The machine control unit includes preset programs ranging from 45 seconds to 10 minutes. This allows frying of a wide variety of vegetable- and protein-based products.
Heating Elements
The CF-45 Conveyor Fryer is equipped with patented concealed tubular heating elements designed to eliminate user-related errors and prevent heater puncture, tearing, and residue adhesion. A cold zone located beneath the tubular heating elements in the center of the frying chamber prevents fallen products from burning and sticking, eliminating the need for scraping the frying chamber.
Cleaning Mode
When the oil temperature in the frying chamber drops below 40°C, the discharge valve opens and the oil is transferred to the storage tank located beneath the machine. The oil discharge valve is then closed and the cleaning valve is opened. Through the cleaning screen on the control panel, the frying conveyor is lifted to a 45-degree angle by means of a pneumatic piston, allowing full access to the frying chamber for cleaning.
Filtration System
The CF-45 Conveyor Fryer features a cold oil filtration system. After daily operation, the machine is allowed to cool and the cleaning process is completed. The oil pump is then activated via the operator panel. The pump draws oil from the storage tank, passes it through three separate filters, and returns it to the frying chamber. This process is repeated daily.
Occupational Safety
As a fully enclosed system, the fryer protects operators from oil splashing or explosions. The frying chamber body is fully insulated to prevent skin burns upon contact. Hidden heating elements, safety thermostats, oil level sensors, and electronic valves reduce the risk of fire and electrical hazards to a minimum.
Energy Efficiency
To minimize heat loss during continuous frying operations, the CF-45 Conveyor Fryer body is fully insulated. Heating elements controlled by PID systems activate only in cooled zones, providing high efficiency and significant energy savings compared to conventional systems.
Product Feeding Systems
The CF-45 Conveyor Fryer offers three different product feeding systems. A straight belt conveyor can be used to adapt to your process line or connect forming machines. The second option, a vibration feeding conveyor, removes excess coating from breaded products and feeds them into the fryer without damaging the coating. The third option, a silo loading feeding conveyor, transfers sliced products such as potatoes, eggplants, and zucchinis from the silo via a modular belt to the vibration section. The vibration minimizes surface water and removes trimming residues, preventing small fragments from entering the fryer and degrading the oil.
