With its compact design, the CF-24 Conveyor Fryer is designed to minimize high oil consumption, labor costs, time, and energy losses for fast food chains, restaurants, low-capacity production facilities, and businesses performing pre-frying operations.

Product Variety

The machine control unit includes preset programs ranging from 30 seconds to 8 minutes. This allows frying of a wide variety of vegetable- and protein-based products.

Heating Elements

The CF-24 Conveyor Fryer is equipped with patented concealed tubular heating elements designed to eliminate user-related errors and prevent heater puncture, tearing, and residue adhesion. A cold zone located beneath the tubular heating elements in the center of the frying chamber prevents fallen products from burning and sticking, eliminating the need for scraping the frying chamber.

Filtration System

The CF-24 Conveyor Fryer is equipped with a hot oil transfer pump, enabling continuous cleaning of both the oil surface and the bottom of the frying chamber during frying operations. Oil drawn from the surface and bottom passes through three different filters and finally through a pipe-type filter with a 0.5 mm hole diameter before being returned to the frying system. This process continues uninterrupted during frying, ensuring clean oil at all times.

Cleaning Mode

When the oil temperature in the frying chamber drops below 40°C, the cleaning screen on the control panel is activated and the frying conveyor is lifted to a 45-degree angle by means of a pneumatic piston. This allows full access to the frying chamber for cleaning. In addition, the machine’s hot oil assembly and all filters are designed to be easily removable from the construction and are dishwasher-safe.

Occupational Safety

As a fully enclosed system, the fryer protects operators from oil splashing or explosions. The frying chamber body is fully insulated to prevent skin burns upon contact. Hidden heating elements, safety thermostats, oil level sensors, and pneumatic valves reduce the risk of fire and electrical hazards to a minimum.

Energy Efficiency

To minimize heat loss during continuous frying operations, the CF-24 Conveyor Fryer body is fully insulated. Heating elements controlled by PID systems activate only in cooled zones, providing high efficiency and significant energy savings compared to conventional systems.

Product Feeding Systems

The CF-24 Conveyor Fryer offers three different product feeding systems. Thanks to the flat infeed section, a straight belt conveyor can be selected to match your process line or forming machines can be connected directly. The second option, a vibration feeding conveyor, removes excess coating from breaded products and feeds them into the fryer without damaging the coating. The third option, a silo loading feeding conveyor, transfers sliced products such as potatoes, eggplants, and zucchinis from the silo via a modular belt to the vibration section. The vibration minimizes surface water and removes trimming residues, preventing small fragments from entering the fryer and degrading the oil.
