Designed for continuous frying operations, this machine is manufactured with a strong focuson efficiency and human health, making frying processes significantly easier and moreeconomical.

The CF-72 Conveyor Fryer is specifically designed for large-scale food production facilitiesand features a straight-infeed construction. This design allows products to be fed directlyfrom infeed conveyors, forming machines, or manually as needed.

When used together with a silo and vibration-assisted feeding system, the CF-72 ConveyorFryer helps large-scale catering companies minimize oil consumption, labor costs, and lossesin time and energy, delivering a more efficient and sustainable frying process.

Product Variety

The machine control unit includes preset programs ranging from 1 to 20 minutes, allowingyou to fry a wide variety of products, including vegetables and protein-based foods.

Heating Elements

The CF-72 Conveyor Fryer is equipped with patented concealed tubular heating elementsdesigned to minimize user-related errors and prevent heater puncture, tearing, and theadhesion of oil residues to the elements.

The tubular heaters are positioned in the central section of the frying tank, with a cold zonelocated beneath them. This cold zone prevents fallen product particles from burning andsticking to the bottom, eliminating the need for scraping or manual cleaning of the fryingchamber.

Cleaning Mode

When the oil in the frying chamber of the CF-72 Conveyor Fryer drops below 40 °C, thedischarge valve of the frying tank is electronically opened via the control panel, allowing theoil to drain into the storage tank located at the bottom of the machine.

Once all the oil has been fully transferred to the storage tank, the discharge valve is automatically closed and the cleaning valve is opened. The cleaning page on the control panel is then activated.

Using the machine’s integrated hydraulic unit, the frying conveyor is lifted to a 45-degree angle by a hydraulic piston, providing full access to the frying chamber and enablingthorough and safe cleaning.

Filtration System

The CF-72 Conveyor Fryer is equipped with a cold oil filtration system. After the machinecompletes its daily production cycle, it is allowed to cool down, and following the cleaningprocess, the oil pump activation button on the operator panel is enabled.

The pump draws oil from the storage tank and returns it to the frying chamber after passing it through three separate filtration stages. This process is repeated on a daily basis to maintainoil quality and ensure consistent frying performance.

 

 

 

Occupational Safety

As the system is fully enclosed, operators are protected from hazards such as oil splashing orexplosions during operation. The frying chamber body is completely insulated, preventingskin burns in case of contact.

Thanks to the concealed heating elements, the risk of electric shock is eliminated, whilesafety thermostats, oil level sensors, and electronic valves reduce the risk of fire to a minimum, ensuring a high level of operational safety.

Energy Efficiency

The CF-72 Conveyor Fryer, designed for continuous frying operations, features an insulatedbody to minimize heat loss. Thanks to PID-controlled heating elements, only the heaters in the areas where the temperature drops are activated.

Compared to conventional systems, this design delivers significantly higher efficiency andsubstantial energy savings.

Product Feeding Systems

The CF-72 Conveyor Fryer is equipped with three different product feeding systems to ensurefull compatibility with your processing line. For direct integration, a straight belt infeedconveyor can be selected, or forming machines can be connected directly to the fryer.

The second option, the vibratory product infeed conveyor, allows excess coating to be removed from breaded products, ensuring that items are fed into the conveyor fryer withouttouching each other and without damaging the coating.

The third option, the hopper-fed infeed conveyor, is designed for sliced products such as potatoes, eggplant, and zucchini. When products are loaded into the hopper, a modular belttransfers them from the hopper to the vibration section. The vibration stage minimizes surfacemoisture and separates small cutting residues, preventing them from entering the conveyorfryer.

As a result, small particles do not pass through the fryer mesh belts and do not degrade thefrying oil, ensuring longer oil life and consistent product quality.
