SYM-300 Vibration Conveyor Vegetable Washing Machine
WASHING SYSTEM
Products entering the vegetable washing machine are exposed to high-pressure water sprayed through nozzles. Under this force, they continuously rotate both around themselves and around the washing chamber, traveling approximately 10 meters before falling onto the vibration conveyor.
This average 10-meter washing path under high pressure ensures excellent hygienic and bacteriological washing results.

Dirt, sand, and other unwanted particles separated from the products in the washing chamber pass through a filter located at the bottom of the chamber and enter the sedimentation channel. Since the water in this channel is stationary, these particles cannot re-enter the washing system and are discharged periodically via a drain valve.
Channels located at the upper water level of the washing chamber are designed to automatically discharge floating unwanted materials such as insects from the system. The discharged wastewater is replaced by clean mains water supplied through the rinsing nozzles. This ensures that the vegetable washing machine always operates with clean water.
VIBRATION CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Products transferred from the washing chamber onto the conveyor move forward under vibration while being rinsed with clean mains water supplied through the rinsing nozzles. Remaining particles and excess water fall through the perforated stainless-steel conveyor base due to vibration.
A secondary filter located below allows these particles to exit the machine directly. The purified water is collected in the supply tank and reused by being transferred back to the washing chamber.
Meanwhile, the washed and rinsed products are discharged into the output basket under the effect of vibration.
Unlike conventional non-toxic conveyor belts, the vibration conveyor does not have a return loop. Return belts always carry a certain amount of dirt, sand, and particles back into the washing chamber.

Hygienic Washing – Bacteriological Safety
Products transferred from the washing chamber to the vibration conveyor pass under 9 nozzles supplying clean mains water. With the help of a pump connected to the disinfectant inlet, the products are effectively disinfected during the rinsing process.
Sedimentation Channel for Mud and Heavy Particles
Thanks to the sedimentation chamber located beneath the machine, heavy substances such as soil and sand settle at the bottom and do not re-enter the washing system.
Rinsing System
Products moving from the washing chamber to the vibration conveyor are rinsed with clean mains water supplied through 9 nozzles, completing the vegetable washing process.
Insect Removal Chamber – Superior Cleaning
When products are fed into the machine, they move helically around both themselves and the washing tank. During this movement, unwanted materials that are much lighter than the product itself (such as insects, larvae, and small debris) fall through dedicated openings into the insect collection chamber. These materials are trapped on the filter and permanently removed from the washing system.
Pressure Adjustment Valves
Used to reduce water pressure for delicate fruits and vegetables (such as strawberries and parsley) to prevent damage, or to increase pressure for improved washing of leafy vegetables.
