CF-180 CONVEYOR FRYER
Designed for continuous frying operations. Built with efficiency and human safety in mind, this machine makes frying processes easier than ever.
The CF-180 Conveyor Fryer, designed for large-scale food production facilities, features a straight-infeed construction. Products can be fed via conveyor systems, forming machines, or manually. When combined with silo and vibration feeding systems, it significantly reduces oil consumption, labor costs, time loss, and energy waste for large catering operations.
Product Variety
The machine control unit includes preset programs ranging from 1 minute to 12 minutes, allowing frying of a wide variety of vegetable and protein-based products.
Heating Elements
The patented hidden tube heating elements minimize user-related failures and prevent damage, tearing, and residue adhesion. A cold zone beneath the central heating area prevents burnt residues from sticking, eliminating the need for scraping.
Cleaning Mode
When the oil temperature drops below 40 °C, the drain valve opens electronically from the control panel and oil is transferred to the storage tank. Once fully transferred, the cleaning valve activates. The conveyor is lifted hydraulically to a 45° angle, allowing full access for cleaning.
Filtration System
The CF-180 Conveyor Fryer features a cold oil filtration system. After daily operation, the oil is cooled and pumped through three separate filters before being returned to the frying tank.
Safety
The fully closed system prevents oil splashes and explosion risks. Insulated body design prevents burn injuries. Safety thermostats, oil level sensors, and electronic valves ensure maximum fire safety.
Energy Efficiency
Thanks to insulated housing and PID-controlled heating elements, only required zones are heated, ensuring high energy efficiency.
Feeding Systems
The CF-180 Conveyor Fryer offers three feeding options:
Vibratory systems remove excess coating, while silo systems ensure controlled feeding of cut products, maintaining oil quality and production efficiency.
